Salutem Organic Massage
In July of 2014, Salutem Organic Massage opened a humble studio in Greer's Historic Train Depot. Now, the atmosphere has transformed into a plant and person sanctuary, offering a reprieve from the chaos of today's pressures.
Heather Coe, Licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician, has grown her business into a welcoming sanctuary for all walks of life. She strives to provide each client with the ethereal, "dream massage," while simultaneously promoting a healthy muscular system. From stress relief to sports performance, each treatment is fully customizable. Under Heather Coe's vision, Salutem Organic Massage offers a safe, honest approach to holistic lifestyles, focusing on massage therapy and organic skin care.

Policies
Cancelation Policy
48 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. You may be charged UP TO THE FULL AMOUNT of your scheduled appointment. If you have an unpaid cancellation fee and an existing appointment, services may be forfeit to accommodate others.
No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” The client will be charged a cancellation fee at least half of the amount of the scheduled service. A balance will remain and must be paid at or before next treatment. In the event of multiple missed appointments, therapists can refuse further appointments or require a deposit up to the full amount of service.
Right to Treat, or Not
At any time, Salutem Organic Massage reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and permanently deny treatments to any client without cause. We strive to maintain an ethical and successful business. Some behaviors that may permanently ban a client include inappropriate conversation (political attack, sexually perverse discussion, after-hours conversation with suspect intent or unyielding negativity), sexual misconduct of any kind, habitually missing appointments, slander, or destruction of property.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates, paid, won or otherwise, are subject to forfeit in the event of a "missed" appointment. The forfeiture is to compensate the therapist for lost time. SC Law requires only 6 months before they are redeemed or transferred at the business owner's discretion.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start an effective treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the cost of the“full” scheduled session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
Standing appointments
Standing appointments currently in place are valid, as discussed. As of January 2026, no more standing appointments can be placed on the schedule, and editing of standing appointments can only be to reduce frequency or length of service.
Philosophy, Politics, and Personal Matters
While complimentary, massage therapy does not replace trained mental health professionals. We do not provide psychotherapy, family counseling, or medication advice as it is outside of our therapeutic scope of practice. While I create a save environment for vulnerability and psychosomatic release, my services alone cannot be relied upon as a comprehensive mental health treatment. Remember that I also massage your friends and family. Toxicity or verbally attacking other client is perceived as bullying and is not tolerated. Venting is one thing, but bashing is unacceptable. We do not discuss politics-local, global, or otherwise- for my mental health. We do not discuss any reproductive matters other than those that specifically affect your current health status, such as menstruation. Religion, especially asking about mine, is not acceptable or relevant to your treatment. All peoples are deserving of massage therapy regardless of demographics.
